Sirloin strips, mushrooms and onions bathe in a mixture of red wine, garlic, pepper and mustard, then are served over Reames® Home Style Egg Noodles.
Cook Reames® Home Style Noodles according to package directions; drain well.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sirloin strips, mushrooms, green pepper and onion; cook 5 to 10 minutes or until meat is browned and vegetables are crisp tender.
In a small bowl, whisk together wine or broth, flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mustard. Pour over meat and vegetables in skillet; continue cooking over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until bubbly and smooth. Serve meat mixture over hot noodles.
