Creamy Chicken Cacciatore
An easy chicken cacciatore recipe, thanks to Inn Maid® Medium Egg Noodles and a simple combination of mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomatoes and tomato soup.

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper; cook in sauté pan until done.
Step 2:
Meanwhile, bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Add noodles and cook 5 minutes; drain.
Step 3:
In a separate bowl, combine drained mushrooms, sliced onions, bell pepper, diced tomatoes, tomato soup, tarragon, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes together.
Step 4:
Add drained noodles. Stir chicken into noodle mixture.
Step 5:
Transfer to 3-quart casserole dish and cover. Bake for 15 minutes.
