Whip up this easy dinner dish of egg noodles, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk and shredded cheddar cheese in under 30 minutes.
Cook noodles according to package directions; add frozen vegetables during last 5 minutes of cooking. Drain well and return to pan. In a medium bowl, combine soup, sour cream, milk, onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir well. Pour soup mixture over drained noodles and vegetables. Add cheese; cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.
