In a large mixing bowl combine 1/4 cup Simply Dressed® Ginger Sesame Salad Dressing with all ingredients except lettuce and cabbage.
In a separate bowl, combine 1/4 cup dressing with chopped lettuce and cabbage mixture and toss well. Divide and arrange lettuce mixture onto plates. Divide and arrange shrimp salad over lettuce mixture. Drizzle remaining dressing over all and serve.
