Shrimp Salad Roll
A salad of succulent shrimp, bacon, celery and creamy Marzetti® Ranch salad dressing fills warm pretzel rolls for a flavorful, satisfying lunch.

Place 6 Sister Schubert’s® Soft Pretzel Rolls on a baking sheet and bake rolls according to directions on package. Cool rolls. Slice top quarter of each roll off and set aside, and hollow out inside of rolls. Save or discard crumbs.
In a skillet, cook bacon until it is crisp. Remove it from pan; drain and crumble bacon into small pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, bacon, celery, scallions and dressing and toss gently. Fill each roll with shrimp salad. Place lid atop roll.
Serve with a mixed green salad.
