Big flavor packed into little cups – cucumber combines with ranch dip, chives and bell peppers to make a delicious appetizer the whole family is sure to enjoy.
Cut cucumber into 3/4″ sections. Using a melon ball spoon or small spoon, scoop out the center of each slice, making a cup to hold the dip. Line a small tray with paper towels. Place the cucumber cups upside down on the paper towels, allowing them to drain for a few minutes. Turn them right side up and spoon about 1 teaspoon Marzetti® Ranch Veggie Dip into each cucumber cup. Sprinkle the tops of each with chives and peppers. Arrange on a tray and serve.
Alternative Suggestion: This recipe can be prepared with Marzetti® Southwest Ranch or Dill Dips.
