1 package Sister Schubert's® Dinner Yeast Rolls (10 rolls)

1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast

1 cup finely chopped red bell pepper

1/3 cup Marzetti® Southwest Ranch Veggie Dip

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake Sister Schubert’s^® Dinner Yeast Rolls according to directions on the package. Cool slightly and slice a pocket in each roll.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, peppers and dip. Fill each pocket with the chicken mixture, and cheese. Place rolls on a microwave oven safe plate and microwave for 30 to 40 seconds Serve.
