A warm and hearty mixture of marinara sauce, fresh basil and brown sugar rests atop a softened layer of Marzetti® Large Cut Garlic & Butter Croutons.
Preheat oven to 350° F. Butter a 9" baking pan (oven proof glass or nonreactive baking pan). Place croutons in baking dish.
Pour hot water and melted butter over croutons and rest for 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine basil, tomato sauce and brown sugar.
Pour over croutons.
Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve.
