BBQ Cauliflower
Turn up the heat this summer with crispy cauliflower coated in smoky BBQ sauce and served with Simply 60™ Apple Cider Vinaigrette for dipping.

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven or skillet with high sides over medium-high heat until small bubbles form.
Place flour, onion powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, and salt into a large bowl and whisk to combine. Add water and whisk until a thin batter forms. Add cauliflower to the batter, stirring to coat.
Use tongs to remove the cauliflower from the batter, tapping against the side of the bowl to remove any excess. Cooking in batches to avoid overcrowding in the pan, carefully drop the cauliflower into the hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn halfway through to brown all sides.
Remove the cauliflower onto a paper-towel-lined plate to drain. Immediately brush the hot cauliflower pieces with barbecue sauce.
Serve with carrots, celery sticks, and vinaigrette for dipping.
