Preheat oven to 350o F. Lightly mist the sides and bottom of one 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan with vegetable oil spray.

In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Combine butter, sugar and Marzetti® Apple Crisp Mix in bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the flat paddle; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes or until light and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each one. Reduce speed to low and mix in flour mixture. Add bananas, apples and walnuts and mix until combined. Spoon batter into prepared pan.

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.

For frosting, beat cream cheese in a small bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth; add butter and continue to mix until smooth. Add Marzetti® Caramel Dip and vanilla and mix for 1 minute or until mixture is smooth.
