A refreshing bite of cool cucumber, whipped cream cheese, fresh dill, lemon zest and Romanoff® Red Salmon Caviar.

1 jar Romanoff® Red Salmon Caviar

English cucumber cut 1/2" thick slices

1/3 cup whipped cream cheese

1 teaspoon fresh chopped dill

Black pepper

Fresh dill sprigs or lemon zest

Directions

Scoop out center of each cucumber slice with a small melon baller. In a small bowl combine cream cheese, chopped dill and black pepper. Using a small spoon or a pastry bag, fill the center of each hollowed cucumber slice. Top each with a spoonful of Romanoff® Red Salmon Caviar. Garnish with dill sprigs. Serve.
