Creamy Mustard Chicken
Shallots, apples and Jack Daniel’s® Old No.7 Mustard come together to give ordinary chicken a flavorful boost.

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet on high heat, sauté the chicken breast on both sides and remove from pan. Add shallots and sauté for 2 minutes or until translucent, stirring frequently. Add apples and sauté for 2 minutes. Add chicken stock and bring to a simmer. Return chicken to pan.
In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in 2 tablespoons of water. Whisk into chicken stock. Whisk in heavy cream and Jack Daniel’s® Old No. 7 Mustard. Heat 5 -7 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
