Glazed Easter Ham
It’s so easy to prepare a Glazed Easter Ham for your holiday buffet with this simple recipe featuring a tasty glaze made with Simply 60® Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Preheat oven to 350°F. For the glaze, in a medium bowl, mix vinaigrette, honey, and sugar until well combined. Set aside.
Remove packaging from ham and pat dry with paper towels. Trim any excess fat and score the skin in a cross hatch pattern. Place ham cut side down on a rack inside a roasting pan. Add 1 cup water to the bottom of the pan.
Brush the ham with half of the glaze and loosely cover with foil. Bake for about 40 minutes.
Remove foil, spread the remaining glaze over the ham, and bake uncovered for another 50 minutes to 1 hour (until ham is heated through and cooking thermometer measures 140°F).
Let ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving. Reserve ham bone for another use, such as homemade stock or soup.
