Grilled Peach, Mozzarella and Basil Salad
Topped with raspberry dressing and crunchy walnut, sweet grilled peaches offer a roasted flavor with herbaceous greens and the salty-mildly sweet combination of prosciutto, red onions and creamy mozzarella.

Heat grill or grill pan. Brush peaches lightly with olive oil. Grill peaches about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Heat skillet over medium heat. Add prosciutto and cook until crispy, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Break into pieces.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread walnuts on baking sheet. Roast for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool. Roughly chop.
Place lettuce, basil and onion in bowl.
Toss with dressing.
Arrange lettuce on serving platter, top with grilled peaches, prosciutto and mozzarella.
Top with toasted walnuts.
