Slow-grilled pork tenderloin makes a delicious meal with Sister’s Schubert’s® Dinner Rolls or Parker House Rolls.
Whisk together all ingredients, except tenderloins, in a mixing bowl. Add pork tenderloins and marinate 4 hours.
Prepare a grill to medium high heat. Transfer pork tenderloins to a tray and discard marinade. Oil grill rack and grill pork tenderloins until each reaches an internal temperature of 160° F. (Cooking time will vary depending upon the size of the tenderloins.) Transfer pork tenderloins to a cutting board and cover loosely with aluminum foil for 8 to 10 minutes. Slice and serve. Offer Sister Schubert’s Dinner Rolls or Parker House Rolls.
