Smoked paprika and oregano season a tender hanger steak that tops a salad of grilled corn, cherry tomatoes, spinach and Cardini’s® Caesar Dressing.

Directions

Place the steak in a shallow pan and drizzle with 2 tablespoons oil. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano and rub the mixture into the steak. Allow the steak to rest for 15 to 20 minutes at room temperature.

Meanwhile preheat the grill to medium high heat. Oil the grill racks and place the steak on the grill.

Grill 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium rare. Remove from grill and allow the steak to rest for 5 to 7 minutes before slicing.

Brush the corn with the remaining 1 tbsp. and grill the corn for 2 minutes, turning frequently. Cool and scrape the corn off of the cobs.

While the steak is resting, combine the spinach, fennel, onion, cherry tomatoes and corn with Cardini’s® Caesar Dressing. Arrange the salad on plates and top with sliced steak. Serve.
