Hummus Fritters With Cool Ranch Dip
Combine Eastern and Western flavors in this dip that includes eggs, curry powder, onion, carrots and two types of Marzetti® Veggie Dips.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together milk and eggs. Add flour, baking powder and red curry powder and mix until incorporated. Add Marzetti® Otria® Southwestern Spice Hummus Veggie Dip and vegetables and fold into batter to thoroughly combine all ingredients.
Preheat 3-4 inches vegetable oil to 370 degrees F. in a deep fat fryer or deep saucepan. Cook fritters in batches, by dropping about a tablespoon of dough in hot oil. Fry 3-4 minutes, turning every 30 seconds, until fritters are cooked thoroughly and are golden brown. Remove fritters from oil and drain on paper towels. To serve, place warm fritters on a serving platter and dip into Marzetti® Ranch Veggie Dip.
