In a bowl, mix dressing with mangos, lime juice, lime zest pineapple, mint, cucumbers and nuts. Set aside. In a skillet, cook salmon in olive oil until done. Place salmon on a bed of mixed greens and pour fruit salsa. Top with fresh raspberries.
