A quick and easy way to make your olives a little fancier – just marinate them in Girard’s® Olde Venice Italian Dressing and a few other spices.
Drain olives (either a blend of olives or one type) and place them in a bowl. Pour about 1/2 cup Girard’s® Olde Venice Italian Dressing over 2 cups of olives and gently stir. Add the zest of 1 orange and 2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley and mix. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Serve.
