A coleslaw recipe can’t get any easier — or better — than cabbage and carrots mixed with Marzetti® Original Slaw Dressing.
Thinly slice green cabbage and place in a large bowl. Toss to loosen shreds of cabbage.
Thinly slice purple cabbage and toss with green cabbage.
Using a vegetable peeler, cut carrots into thin strips. Toss with cabbage.
Add Marzetti® Original Slaw Dressing, lemon juice, and poppyseeds and stir until completely saturated and juicy.
Chill for at least one hour to blend flavors. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and serve, sprinkled with more poppyseeds.
