Mini Mixed Berry Cobblers
These delicious seasonal treats are excellent for parties. Just make sure you make extra, they’ll be gone before you can say “Happy Holidays.”

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Butter a 9-x 13-inch pan.
Combine berries, cornstarch, sugar, zest and lemon juice in a mixing bowl and mix until juicy. Transfer to prepared pan. Brush each half Sister Schubert’s® Parker House Style Roll with the melted butter and then place on top of berry mixture. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the rolls. Cover the pan with a piece of aluminum foil and place on middle rack.
Bake 35 to 40 minute or until the berry mixture is bubbly. Remove the piece of foil and continue to bake another 4 to 6 minutes or until the rolls are golden. Remove cobbler from oven. Cool for 30 minute before serving. Spoon into bowls and serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Serves 8.
