Ingredients

1 cup Marzetti® Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

2 cups sliced strawberries

1 cup raspberries

Juice from ½ of a lemon

Juice from ½ of an orange

¼ cup sugar

6 prepared dessert sponge cakes (available in the produce section of a grocery store)

Fresh mint sprigs

Directions

Combine the berries, lemon and orange juices and sugar in a bowl and mix well to release the berry juices. Allow this mixture to rest for 30 minutes. Arrange the cakes on individual plates.

Top each cake with about 3 tbsp. of Marzetti Cream Cheese Fruit Dip. Divide and spoon the berries over each cake. Add sprigs of fresh mint. Serve.
