Mixed Greens with Shaved Brussels Sprouts

Directions
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts; discard the outer leaves or any discolored leaves. Slice the sprouts very thin or use a mandoline and carefully slice into thin slivers.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with Girard’s® Light Balsamic Dressing and gently toss all together. Serve.
