Mixed Seafood Ceviche
These tender morsels of seafood will win smiles around the table from flavors of lime, jalapeño and avocado.

Step 1:
Place seafood, onion and jalapeño in a nonreactive bowl. Squeeze lime juice over top. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator until seafood turns pink/opaque, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 2:
Place croutons in a serving bowl. Drizzle olive oil over top. Spoon diced avocado on top of croutons.
Step 3:
Remove seafood from lime juice, reserving juice. Add seafood to bowl with croutons and avocado. Season with salt. Drizzle a little lime juice over top. Garnish with cilantro.
