Open Face Fried Egg Sandwich
Enjoy this delicious sandwich, made with fried eggs, bacon, tomato, cheddar cheese, avocado and pesto sauce, for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange New York Bakery® Texas Toast with Real Garlic or Cheese on a sheet pan and bake according to package directions.
Place one piece of toast on each plate.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and pesto.
Spread pesto sauce on toast, next top with two slices of bacon, one cheese slice and sliced tomato. In a small non-stick skillet, melt butter; add eggs and fry as desired. Place one egg each atop sandwich stacks, cover with remaining cheese and avocado slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve.
