Directions

Cook the Sister Schubert’s® rolls according to package directions. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Preheat broiler.

In a medium bowl, combine the coleslaw mix and the Marzetti® Slaw Dressing; set aside. Slice rolls in half horizontally. Spread Jack Daniel’s® Mustard over the bottom halves of each roll. Pile the corned beef on top of the mustard and top each sandwich with a slice of Swiss cheese.

Place the rolls, both tops and bottoms, under the broiler and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are toasty and golden. Remove sandwiches from oven and top with the coleslaw mixture. Place the top half of the bun over the coleslaw and enjoy!
