Make Marinade:
Whisk salad dressing, browns sugar, tamari, sesame oil, sriracha, garlic and pepper. Place salmon in a glass dish and pour ½ cup marinade over fish. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Make Pasta: Bring a large pot of water to a boil; cook noodles according to package directions. Transfer to a colander, rinse briefly, drain, then toss with cucumber, scallions, sesame seeds, sesame oil, lime juice, salt and remaining ¼ teaspoon pepper.
Cook Salmon:
Preheat broiler. Remove salmon from marinade, reserving marinade. Place salmon on a broiling rack skin-side down and cook to desired doneness (7 minutes for medium-rare, 9-10 minutes for well-done). While fish is broiling, pour reserved marinade plus remaining ½ cup prepared marinade into a small saucepan. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer until marinade is reduced slightly and thickened, about 5 minutes.
Divide noodles among 6 plates and top with a salmon fillet. Drizzle with reduced marinade and sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds.
