This tasty brunch casserole is made with New York Bakery® Texas Toast Croutons to exude the comforting aromas and flavors of sausage, eggs, and cheese.
Preheat oven to 350 °F. Lightly grease a 9x13” baking pan. Evenly layer croutons in the bottom of the pan.
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown sausage until no longer pink. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, cream of mushroom soup, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Pour egg mixture over the croutons in the pan.
Sprinkle ground sausage evenly over the eggs. Sprinkle green onions and cheddar jack cheese evenly over the sausage.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
