Fragrant ginger and fresh herbs mingle with rich coconut milk and Reames® Homestyle Noodles to season this delicious seafood soup.
Heat oil in a large pot. When hot, add ginger, garlic and pepper and sizzle for a couple of minutes.
Add turmeric, lime juice and zest, coconut milk, <a href="stock, sugar and fish sauce, and simmer for 10 minutes. Taste and add more sugar, fish sauce or lime juice, as needed.
Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Drop in the noodles and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Add seafood and shrimp and cook about 5 minutes, until cooked through and/or clams/mussels open (discarding any that do not open). Divide noodles among bowls. Spoon laksa over noodles and top with herbs and cayenne peppers. Serve with lime wedges.
