Slow Cooker Spicy Chicken Thighs

Step 1:
In blender or food processor, add garlic, scallions, salt, paprika, chili powder, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, oil, lime juice and balsamic dressing. Blend until smooth.
Step 2:
Add chicken thighs to slow cooker. Spoon puree over all and smear it onto chicken.
Step 3:
Cover and cook chicken for 4 to 5 hours on low or until meat is thoroughly cooked.
Step 4:
For the salsa, combine cucumber, radishes, red onion and cilantro in a mixing bowl.
Step 5:
Serve chicken over rice with fresh salsa.
