Soy-Honey-Sesame Glazed Salmon Over Noodles
Ginger, garlic and chilies give this sweet soy-glazed salmon, served over Reames® Homestyle Egg Noodles, a flavorful flair.

Heat oven to 400°F. In a small mixing bowl, mix together soy, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and cayenne. Place salmon in a shallow bowl and cover with marinade. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly brush parchment with oil. Put marinated salmon on baking sheet, skin-side down, and spoon over any leftover marinade. Bake 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Drop in egg noodles and cook until al dente. Drain.
Transfer to a medium bowl. Toss with carrots, chives or scallions, chilies, sesame oil and vinegar. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Distribute noodles among 4 plates or shallow bowls. Top with salmon. Serve with lime wedges and a side of greens, if you like.
