Step 1:
Heat oil in a large pot. Add garlic, onions, and carrots and sauté for 3 minutes.
Step 2:
Add chicken stock, zucchini, peas, beans, thyme, basil and parsley.
Step 3:
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 4:
Add egg noodles and simmer 10 minutes.
Step 5:
Ladle soup into bowls to serve.
