This salad has lots of spinach, red leaf lettuce, fresh strawberries, almonds and Feta cheese — plus Marzetti® Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing.

Ingredients

1/3 cup Marzetti® Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing

1 5-ounce bag spinach and red leaf lettuce combination

1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1/2 cup almonds, toasted

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a large bowl, toss the spinach and red leaf lettuce with the green onions.

Season the salad with salt and pepper and toss again with the Marzetti® Strawberry Vinaigrette.

Divide the salad among 4-6 plates, sprinkle with the strawberries, almonds and Feta cheese and serve.
