Swiss Noodle Bake
Green beans, Reames® Home Style Egg Noodles, Swiss cheese sauce and Marzetti® Regular Cut Garlic & Butter Croutons give this casserole layers of flavor.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter a 9" x 13" baking dish. Prepare noodles according to package directions.
In a sauté pan, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown and all moisture is released.
In a saucepan, melt the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat; add onions and cook until they are tender. Add flour and stir for 2 minutes. Add chicken stock, half and half and mustard. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in Swiss cheese.
Layer the sauce, noodles, mushrooms and bacon in the baking dish and top with Parmesan and parsley.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until hot. Serve.
