Tuna Noodle Casserole With Peas
This tuna noodle casserole is made with peas, Reames® Noodles and Sister Schubert’s® Parker House Style Rolls is a family favorite!

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly mist a 9" x 11" baking dish with non-stick vegetable oil spray.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add scallions and celery and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes. Mix in flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring the entire time.
Pour in milk and chicken stock and stir until the sauce thickens. Add salt, pepper, parsley, cheddar cheese, tuna and peas. Mix in noodles.
Transfer everything to the prepared baking pan.
Place rolls on top of the mixture and brush with melted butter.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the rolls are golden.
