French Onion Oven Roasted Chicken Breasts
Marzetti® French Onion Veggie Dip makes for a perfect coating before breading chicken with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Oil a 9 x 13 baking dish. In a shallow bowl, whisk together Marzetti® French Onion Dip, flour, salt, pepper and thyme. Dip chicken into dip mixture, thoroughly coating both sides of chicken.
In a shallow bowl, combine Panko, oil, Parmesan cheese and parsley. Dip each piece of chicken into crumb mixture, coating both sides of each breast. Transfer chicken to prepared pan and mist tops of each breast with vegetable oil spray.
Bake 25 to 28 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and crumbs are golden brown.
