Hot Dog Noodle Casserole


Inn Maid® Wide Egg Noodles are mixed with hot dogs and a cheesy sauce then topped with toasted, crumbled buns for a taste of summer any time of the year.

Directions
Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Boil noodles for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Step 2:

In large skillet, melt 1 ½ sticks of butter and sauté crumbled buns with parsley until crumbs are brown; set aside.

Step 3:

In same skillet, melt remaining ½ stick of butter. sauté hot dogs with minced onions.

Step 4:

Add half and half, cheese, mayonnaise, pickle relish and mustard. Heat until cheese is melted.

Step 5:

Stir in noodles and pour into a 13" x 9" casserole dish. Top with browned crumbled buns.

Step 6:

Bake for 15 minutes.
