Ingredients

1 cup Marzetti® Slaw Dressing

Zest from 1 lemon

3 tablespoons horseradish

Salt and pepper, to taste

One (12 ounce) package coleslaw mix (about 6 cups)

1 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup chopped celery

4 scallions, chopped

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine Marzetti® Slaw Dressing with lemon zest, horseradish, salt and pepper. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 8-10.
