1/2 cup Simply® Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing

3 cups chopped romaine lettuce

3 cups crushed salted pita chips

1 cup cooked chickpeas, rinsed and drained

1 red pepper, seeded and diced

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 zucchini, diced

Directions

Combine all ingredients with Simply Dressed® Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing and toss together. Serve. Salad is best right after it is tossed.
