1/2 cup Cardini’s® Garlic Lemon Caesar Dressing

1 cup cooked lentils

1 bunch Tuscan kale, chopped

2 cups baby spinach, chopped

1/2 small red onion, slivered

1 small fennel bulb, finely chopped

1/4 cup chopped fennel fronds

6 radishes, chopped

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients with Cardini’s® Garlic Lemon Caesar Dressing and toss gently. Serve.
