Old-Fashioned Sweet Potato Bake
Baked sweet potatoes are mixed with butter, lime juice and Marzetti® Classic Caramel Dip.

Prep Time: 15 Minutes Cook Time: 75 Minutes
Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 1 to 1-1/2 quart baking dish and set aside.
Pierce each sweet potato with a fork several times. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until potatoes are very tender.
Allow potatoes to cool slightly and peel.
Combine the warm potatoes, butter, salt, lime juice and Marzetti Classic Caramel Dip in a large bowl and mash by hand with a potato masher or puree with an electric hand held mixer.
Spoon mixture into a prepared baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with pecans (optional). (For quick reheat, microwave in microwave-safe container for 5 minutes.)
