Steamed Vegetable Pouches
Cooked in individual pouches, these vegetables are mixed, seasoned, cooked and ready to serve making them the perfect healthy side for any meal.

Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Cut 6 pieces of parchment paper about 15 inches long. Transfer the prepared vegetables to a mixing bowl. Add the Simply Dressed® Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing and toss to coat the vegetables. Sprinkle with salt. Divide the vegetables equally and transfer them to the middle of each piece of parchment paper.
Create a pouch by folding the edges of the paper together. Transfer each pouch to a baking pan that has 4 sides (just in case some of the liquid is released from the paper).
Bake 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Open the pouches and serve.
