Spiced Chicken Taco Bowl

Step 1:
Prepare rice according to package directions. Season chicken with chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
Step 2:
Heat grill pan over medium heat. Lightly oil pan. Place chicken on grill and cook for 6 to 8 minutes per side or until juices run clear. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
Step 3:
Place rice in a bowl. Top with black beans, corn, avocado, tomatoes and chicken.
Step 4:
Garnish with cilantro and chipotle tortilla strips. Serve with veggie dip.
