Shrimp Pesto Pasta
This nutty twist on pesto pairs pistachios with Parmesan cheese, basil, a hint of lemon and extra-virgin olive oil. Toss it with juicy shrimp and Reames® Homestyle Egg Noodles for a quick and satisfying dinner—or lunch!

Place basil, Parmesan, pistachios, lemon, salt and pepper in food processor bowl. Pulse until well combined. With motor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil until well combined as a pesto.
Bring pot of salted water to boil. Drop in noodles. Cook until al dente. Drain, reserving about 1/2 cup pasta water.
Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Heat skillet with olive oil over medium heat. When hot, add garlic and sauté until lightly golden. Add shrimp and cook until it turns pink and opaque.
Add cooked pasta, pesto and reserved pasta water.
Toss. Add squeeze of lemon.
Place in serving bowl. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and lemon zest.
