Two kids of melons (your choice)

3-4” Skewers

Finely chopped pistachios

Freshly chopped parsley

Directions

Using a melon ball spoon, scoop out melon balls from at least two different types of melons. Thread the melon balls onto small skewers (3 to 4 inches). Arrange the skewers on a tray. Drizzle them with Girard’s® White Balsamic Dressing. Sprinkle the skewers with finely chopped pistachios and freshly chopped parsley.
