mix the mayo
Step 1:

Mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a bowl.

cook the bacon
Step 2:

Place bacon in cold pan. Cook over low heat until evenly browned and crispy. Flip and continue to cook until evenly browned and crispy on flip side. Remove and place on paper towels to drain.

top the flatbread
Step 3:

Spread sriracha mayo on flatbread. Top each flatbread with lettuce, 2 slices of tomato and 3 slices of bacon.

roll the flatbread
Step 4:

Fold in ends of each wrap and roll up tightly.

Slice on diagonal.
