Crunchy potato chips are the perfect contrast to silky sour cream and Romanoff® Black Lumpfish Caviar.
Sort through a bag of potato chips for flat chips. Arrange chips on a serving tray. Using a small spoon or pastry bag, place a small dollop of crème fraiche on each chip. Top with a spoonful of Romanoff® Black Lumpfish Caviar. Sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve.
