1 jar Romanoff® Black Lumpfish Caviar

1 package (15 count) prepared frozen phyllo shells

1/2 cup sour cream, creme fraiche or bousin cheese

Chopped chives

Chopped parsley

Directions

Arrange tart shells on a sheet pan. Using a small spoon or a pastry bag, fill each shell with sour cream. Top with a spoonful of Romanoff® Black Lumpfish Caviar and a sprinkling of herbs. Serve.
