French Onion Mushroom Tarts
Our french onion mushroom tarts make a great appetizer or easy hors d’oeuvre.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Arrange phyllo cups on a baking tray. Bake empty shells for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
Chop the mushrooms. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, salt and pepper and continue to saute the mushrooms until all moisture has been released and they are dry, about 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and completely cool. In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Fill baked tart shells and serve.
