Greek Lamb Gyros
Perfectly seasoned lamb makes this gyro recipe an absolute must. Just top it off with cucumbers, tomato, Simply Dressed® Cucumber Ranch Dressing, and dig into this Greek-inspired classic.

Mix onion, garlic, oregano, cinnamon, and red chili flakes together in a large bowl. Add lamb to the bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix meat with other ingredients to thoroughly combine, being careful not to overmix.
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat. Place the lamb mixture in the middle of the skillet and use a spatula to press the meat into a thin patty. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the underside of the meat starts to brown.
Break up the meat into irregular, bite-sized pieces with a spatula and flip to brown both sides. Remove from the pan and place onto a paper-towel-lined plate to drain.
Place the pitas on a large cutting board or work surface. Top each with lettuce, a few pieces of lamb, cucumber, and tomatoes.
Drizzle with cucumber ranch dressing and serve.
